Job Description

Buscamos un/a Coordinador/a de SOC L1 que combine dos funciones: coordinar al equipo de analistas L1 de un SOC multicliente que opera 24x7 (turnos, calendarios, carga de trabajo y calidad del servicio) y trabajar como analista L1 en la monitorización y el triaje de alertas.

El puesto conlleva turnos rotativos 24x7 y modalidad híbrida (1-2 días oficina, resto teletrabajo)

RESPONSABILIDADES:

Coordinación del equipo L1:

• Planificar y gestionar los calendarios del equipo: turnos 24x7, vacaciones, ausencias, cambios de turno y cobertura de guardias, garantizando la cobertura mínima en todo momento.

• Asignar y equilibrar la carga de trabajo entre los analistas L1 y supervisar los tiempos de respuesta y los SLA acordados con los clientes.

• Dar soporte directo a los analistas: resolver dudas, revisar la calidad del triaje y escalar a L2/L3 cuando corresponda.

• Realizar el traspaso de turno y mantener el seguimiento de incidentes abiertos.

• Acompañar, formar y evaluar a los analistas L1, y participar en la incorporación de nuevos miembros.

• Reportar al SOC Manager el estado del equipo, la carga de trabajo, los incumplimientos de SLA y las necesidades de dotación.

• Proponer mejoras de procesos, procedimientos (SOP) y automatización junto a los equipos de ingeniería y L2/L3.

Funciones de analista L1:

• Monitorizar la cola de alertas en el SIEM y en las herramientas de seguridad del SOC (SIEM, EDR y SOAR). • Realizar el triaje, la clasificación y la priorización de alertas, descartar falsos positivos y documentar las decisiones.

• Abrir, actualizar y escalar incidentes según los procedimientos y los SLA de cada cliente. • Ejecutar playbooks y acciones de respuesta básicas de primer nivel.

• Comunicarse con los clientes para notificar incidentes y solicitar información.
