Our platform enables seamless communication, product access, and advisory support to enhance farm productivity and profitability.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Agri Telecaller to connect with farmers, agri-dealers, and other stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact, educating them about our products/services, solving queries, and supporting sales and onboarding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to farmers, agri-dealers, and partners to promote agri-tech solutions.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and effective manner.
  • Collect and verify customer information accurately.
  • Maintain call logs, lead data, and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales and field teams for follow-ups or escalations.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and support for users using the app/platform.
  • Educate customers on how to use mobile applications or digital tools.
  • Handle queries related to crop advisory, weather updates, input suggestions (based on company offerings).
  • Provide daily reports and feedback to the team leads/managers.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or any relevant field (preferred).
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in agri-tech, input sales, or rural outreach.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Worked in B2B supply side
  • Knowledge of farming practices, agri-inputs, and rural customer behavior.
  • Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and MS Office.
  • Empathetic, patient, and persuasive speaking style.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in an agri-tech company or rural outreach programs.
  • Exposure to digital farming platforms or agricultural advisory services.
  • Multilingual communication skills.
