Wir suchen dich ab sofort als Sachbearbeiter für die Zollabteilung (m/w/d)

Über den Job

Deine Rolle als Sachbearbeiter Zoll (m/w/d) beinhaltet:

● Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Aufträgen Import Zollabfertigung

● Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Aufträgen Export Zollabfertigung

● Überwachung und Koordination von Zollanmeldungen (Einfuhr / Ausfuhr)

● Überwachung und Koordination ATR

● Kommunikation mit Behörden, Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen

● Erstellung von Zollanmeldungen diverser Zollverfahren

● Regelmäßige Erstellung Checklisten 4-Augen-Prinzip

● Beantwortung von Anfragen der Behörden

● Korrektur Anträge, Erstattungsanträge, Behördengänge

Das bringst du mit:

● Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

● Erfahrungen im Bereich Einfuhr, Ausfuhrzollabfertigung und Versandverfahren

● Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Word

● Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

● Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

● Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
