Wir suchen dich als Sales Support (m/w/d): eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und den internen Abteilungen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Vertriebsprozesse sorgt.

Über den Job

In deiner Rolle als Sales Support (m/w/d) betreust und berätst du unsere Bestandskunden und unterstützt aktiv den Außendienst in deinem Verkaufsgebiet.

Du erstellst und platzierst Angebote, verfolgst sie nach und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abstimmung zwischen Kunden, Fachabteilungen und Lager.

Darüber hinaus übernimmst du die Telefonakquise zur Neukundengewinnung, unterstützt bei der Implementierung neuer Kunden und wirkst aktiv an der Optimierung unserer Vertriebsprozesse mit.

Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner Kommunikationsstärke stellst du sicher, dass Kundenanliegen effizient und serviceorientiert bearbeitet werden.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Vertriebsinnendienst, vorzugsweise in der Speditions- oder Logistikbranche
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise mit CRM-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigeninitiative, Engagement und ein souveränes, serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und am Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
