Als Customer Service Medewerker Warehouse ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat orders correct worden verwerkt, goederen op tijd worden geleverd en klanten altijd weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s in het warehouse, transportplanners en andere interne stakeholders.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bewaakt het volledige orderproces, van orderinvoer tot en met levering bij de klant.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, transportplanners en warehousecollega’s om een soepel logistiek proces te waarborgen.
  • Je verwerkt orders, administratieve gegevens en klantafspraken nauwkeurig in onze systemen.
  • Je volgt transporten en doorlooptijden op en informeert klanten proactief over de voortgang van hun orders.
  • Je analyseert afwijkingen of knelpunten en zorgt voor een passende oplossing voor zowel klant als operatie.
  • Je beheert een eigen klantenportefeuille en bouwt aan duurzame relaties door persoonlijke service en betrouwbaarheid.

Wat breng je mee?

Jouw kennis en ervaring

  • Je beschikt over mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke, warehouse- of transportomgeving, of hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met logistieke processen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met orderverwerking, administratieve processen of klantbeheer.
  • Kennis van WMS-systemen, transportplanning of logistieke processen is een pré.
  • Je begrijpt dat goede service verder gaat dan alleen klantcontact en vindt het leuk om processen van begin tot eind te begeleiden.

  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met klanten en collega’s op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en houdt betrokkenen actief op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen wanneer meerdere zaken tegelijk spelen.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en onderzoekt graag hoe processen slimmer of beter kunnen.
  • Je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een positieve en professionele werksfeer.
