Bij DFDS Winterswijk krijg je de ruimte om te leren, te groeien en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je werkt mee in onze washal, geeft leiding aan medewerkers en zorgt er samen met jouw directe collega's voor dat de washal optimaal functioneert.

Jij wordt onderdeel van een team van zo’n 15 personen, waarbij het draait om teamwork en plezier in je werk. Elke dag zetten we samen de schouders eronder om al het (rollende) materieel zo schoon mogelijk de weg op te sturen. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team, waar de sfeer informeel is en iedereen elkaar ondersteunt.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent in de washal samen met andere reinigingsmedewerkers verantwoordelijk voor het reinigen van het (rollend) materieel. Je geeft leiding aan reinigingsmedewerkers en draagt zorg voor een correcte afhandeling van de administratie. Ook kun je samen met collega’s technische zaken in en rondom de washal onderhouden.

Heb jij:

· een drive om leiding te geven en ben je niet vies van meewerken in een team?

· gevoel voor planning?

Jij bent een enthousiaste leidinggevende die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en het goede voorbeeld geeft. Je houdt overzicht, kunt collega’s motiveren en hebt affiniteit met techniek.
