Als Customer Service Coördinator ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten, planning, douane en shipping. Je zorgt ervoor dat klantorders en geboekte transporten correct worden ingevoerd, gecontroleerd en verwerkt in onze systemen. Daarnaast onderhoud je actief de relatie met bestaande klanten en werk je proactief mee aan oplossingen wanneer zich uitdagingen voordoen. Dankzij jouw topografisch inzicht, kostenbewustzijn en oog voor detail verloopt het logistieke proces soepel: van orderinvoer tot en met de afronding van de facturatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Invoeren, controleren en verwerken van klantorders en transportboekingen in onze systemen.
  • Dagelijks onderhouden van contact met bestaande klanten, planners, shipping en douane.
  • Proactief initiëren en meewerken aan oplossingen voor klantvragen en logistieke uitdagingen.
  • Bewaken van lopende dossiers en zorgen dat alle informatie correct en actueel blijft.
  • Controleren van kosten en opbrengsten en zorgdragen voor een correcte en invoice‑klare facturatie.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten in het logistieke proces en hier actief op acteren richting interne afdelingen.
  • Ondersteunen van het customer service‑team (± 6 collega’s) bij een soepel verloop van transporten, waarbij ervaring met ferryverkeer van en naar de UK een sterke pré is.

Wat zoeken wij?

  • MBO‑4 werk‑ en denkniveau.
  • 2–4 jaar ervaring in de logistiek, bij voorkeur in een klantgerichte rol.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met orderverwerking en administratieve afhandeling van transporten.
  • Ervaring met ferryverkeer van en naar de UK is een duidelijke pré.
  • Sterk topografisch inzicht en kostenbewustzijn.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Duits is een pré.
  • Handig met systemen en Microsoft Office.
  • Proactief, communicatief sterk en nauwkeurig in een dynamische werkomgeving.
