Wij krijgen dagelijks (nieuwe) orders binnen van onze klanten die hun hoogwaardige goederen opgeslagen en gedistribueerd willen hebben. Wij verzorgen deze logistieke aanvragen voor onze klanten, waarbij wij perfectie nastreven. Om deze hoge performance te garanderen, vinden we het belangrijk dat onze klanten op een vriendelijke, servicegerichte manier te woord worden gestaan. Vanwege uitbreiding zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker (40 uur).

Over de functie

Je bewaakt, beheert en controleert het gehele orderproces van order aanname tot het moment dat de goederen zijn afgeleverd bij onze klanten.

Indien er zich problemen voordoen, analyseer je deze en los je deze gestructureerd op.

Je informeert de klanten proactief over de status van de orders en zorgt er voor dat alles goed wordt vastgelegd in onze systemen.

Om dit alles in goede banen te leiden heb je veel contact met de teamleiders in het warehouse en de transport planners.

Samen met je team draag je bij aan onze missie: DFDS Delivers: kwaliteit leveren, het geruisloos nakomen van afspraken en persoonlijke dienstverlening.

Over jou

Je hebt commercieel inzicht en beschikt over een MBO+ werk- en denkniveau;

Je brengt de wensen van onze klanten en de daarop aansluitende mogelijkheden in kaart;

Je bent nieuwsgierig naar onze klanten en voorziet ze proactief van informatie en/of advies;

Klanttevredenheid staat bovenaan je prioriteitenlijstje.

Je bent, samen met je collega’s, de spil tussen de klant en het warehouse. Dit doe je met enthousiasme en bevlogenheid; Daarom zoeken we een echte teamspeler.

Je haalt voldoening uit het helpen van de klant.

Je vindt het leuk om op zoek te gaan naar creatieve oplossingen wanneer het lastig wordt. Je probeert het beste resultaat te halen, dat geeft je voldoening.

Je bent secuur, in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en je weet het overzicht te behouden in een dynamische werkomgeving.

Een contract bij DFDS Wijchen met de intentie om dit uiteindelijk te verlengen naar een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. Je gaat een marktconform salaris verdienen met volop ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden. De werktijden vinden plaats van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 08:00 en 18:00 uur.
