Als Resource Coördinator Terminal ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de personele capaciteit achter een complexe en dynamische operatie. Je schakelt continu tussen de belangen van medewerkers, supervisors, management en de operatie. Ziekmeldingen, verlofaanvragen, piekdrukte, vertragingen of veranderende volumes zorgen ervoor dat geen dag volgens plan verloopt. Juist daar krijg jij energie van.

Je overziet het geheel, houdt het hoofd koel en neemt beslissingen die niet altijd populair zijn, maar wel nodig zijn om de operatie draaiende te houden. Je begrijpt dat een gezonde werk-privébalans belangrijk is, maar weet ook wanneer het bedrijfsbelang voorrang vraagt. Daarom zoeken we iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, grenzen durft te stellen en zich niet snel uit het veld laat slaan.

Je bent de schakel tussen de operatie, supervisors, voormannen, chauffeurs, spanners, fluiters en de Resource Manager. Dankzij jouw vooruitziende blik en daadkracht blijft de terminal veilig, efficiënt en betrouwbaar functioneren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Bewaken van de dagelijkse personele capaciteit zodat de terminal 24/7 operationeel blijft.
  • Snel schakelen bij ziekte, verlof, piekdrukte, vertragingen en andere operationele veranderingen.
  • Afwegen van de belangen van medewerkers, supervisors, management en operatie om tot de juiste bezettingskeuzes te komen.
  • Inzetten van medewerkers uit de flexibele pool en organiseren van aanvullende capaciteit wanneer nodig.
  • Signaleren van capaciteitsrisico's en direct actie ondernemen om de continuïteit van de operatie te waarborgen.
  • Verwerken van verlofregistraties en bewaken van de personele inzet op korte en middellange termijn.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het capaciteitsoverzicht van circa 150 vaste medewerkers, 35 flexmedewerkers en 8 BBL'ers.

Wat zoeken wij?

  • MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Ervaring binnen een operationele, logistieke, technische of productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met personeelscapaciteit, workforce planning of operationele coördinatie is een pré.
  • Je behoudt overzicht wanneer de druk toeneemt en prioriteiten constant veranderen.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, kunt omgaan met weerstand en durft duidelijk grenzen te stellen.
  • Je laat je niet snel van je stuk brengen en weet verschillende belangen objectief tegen elkaar af te wegen.
