Wen suchen wir?

Du möchtest ein ambitioniertes Bauprojekt in zentraler Lage Berlins mit hoher Eigenverantwortung begleiten und Qualität in der Ausführung aktiv sichern? Dann werde Teil unseres DGI-Teams. Für ein anspruchsvolles Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäude in Berlin-Mitte suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine erfahrene und selbstständige Persönlichkeit in der Objektüberwachung (LPH 8 HOAI). Das Projekt befindet sich bereits in der Umsetzung und umfasst ein sechsgeschossiges Bürogebäude sowie ein unterirdisches Technikbauwerk mit zwei Tiefgeschossen und einem oberirdischen Eingangsbauwerk.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung einer qualitäts-, termin- und vertragsgerechten Bauausführung
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Leistungsfeststellungen inkl. fachlicher und rechnerischer Prüfung der Abrechnungen
  • Teilnahme an Projektbesprechungen mit Auftraggeber, Generalunternehmer sowie weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrolle auf der Baustelle inkl. Dokumentation von Baufortschritt, Qualität und Mängeln
  • Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen und technischen Einweisungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Abnahme und Übergabe
  • Prüfung der Projektdokumentation des Generalunternehmers auf Vollständigkeit und Konformität (u. a. gemäß Dokumentationsrichtlinien Deutscher Bundestag)
  • Übergeordnet Koordination der fachlich an der Bauüberwachung Beteiligten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur oder des Bauingenieurwesens
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bauüberwachung (LPH 8 HOAI)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der VOB und relevanter technischer Regelwerke
  • Erfahrung in der Terminplanung und -steuerung, idealerweise mit Microsoft Project
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Erfahrung mit Baumanagement-Tools wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindstens C1)
