Wen suchen wir?

Du möchtest ein ambitioniertes Neubauprojekt in zentraler Lage in Heidelberg mit hoher Eigenverantwortung begleiten und deine Kollegen*innen auf der Baustelle in den alttäglichen Aufgaben mit Engagement unterstützen? Dann werde Teil unseres DGI-Teams.

Für ein anspruchsvollen Erweiterungsneubau für medizinische Forschung in Heidelberg und mit wissenschaftlicher Bedeutung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine erfahrene und selbstständige Persönlichkeit als Baustellenassistenz.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellen der organisatorischen und administrativen Abläufe im Backoffice Bereich des Baustellenbüros sowie Assistenz des Projektteams vor Ort
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für externe Partner und fachliche Projektbeteiligte
  • Prüfen und Ablegen eingehender Dokumente und Mitteilungen (analog und digital)
  • Führen tabellarischer Übersichten zu eingehenden Mehrkosten-, Bedenken- und Behinderungsanzeigen
  • Unterstützen bei Bearbeitung, Prüfung von Rechnungen und Nachträgen der gewerbetreibenden Auftragnehmer
  • Unterstützen bei Erstellung und Fortschreibung von Kosten und Mängeln
  • Unterstützen und Führen des DGI-Bautagebuchs
  • Arbeiten mit projektspezifischem Datenraum [Eingang, Down- und Upload von Plänen, Dokumenten, Protokollen, Verwaltung]

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise auf einer Baustelle und im Baugewerbe
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Affinität zu modernen Arbeitsmitteln sowie ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Word und Excel
