Wen suchen wir?

Für unser Berliner Büro suchen wir Architekten oder Bauingenieure [w|m|d] mit Interesse an Ausschreibung und Vergabe [LPH 6-7 HOAI].

Deine Aufgaben

  • Übersetzen der Planung in präzise Leistungsbeschreibungen und VOB-gerechte Leistungsverzeichnisse [LPH 6 HOAI]
  • Mengenermittlung, vorwiegend BIM-gestützt
  • Mitwirkung bei der Auswertung von Angeboten und der Vergabe von Bauleistungen [LPH 7 HOAI]
  • Einbindung in den frühen Leistungsphasen zur ganzheitlichen und nachhaltigen Entwicklung von Kosten- und Qualitätsbenchmarks
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachplanern, Fachingenieuren und Fachfirmen

Dein Profil

  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrungen in den Leistungsphasen 6-7
  • Gute Kenntnisse der VOB und idealerweise in Ausschreibungsprogrammen, speziell ORCA
  • Erfahrungen in der Ausführungsplanung von Vorteil
  • Deutsch schriftlich und mündlich verhandlungssicher
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Geübt in Office Anwendungen
  • Kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
