Wen suchen wir?

Für den Standort Frankfurt mit aktuell 15 Kolleg*innen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter [w|m|d] für die Planung eines Innovationszentrums mit Mischnutzung. Das Gebäude wird in Holzhybridbauweise mit Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierung errichtet

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit im Planungsteam in den LPH 2-5
  • Entwurfs-, Detail- und Ausführungsplanung mit Revit
  • Zielführende Kommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten, intern wie extern
  • Einbringung der eigenen Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in den Planungsprozessen
  • Koordination, Abstimmung und Integration der Beiträge anderer Beteiligter

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens ca. 2-3 Jahre nationale Berufserfahrung in den LPH 2-5 HOAI
  • Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Revit und der BIM basierten Planung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift [Deutschkenntnisse min. C2]
  • Sehr gut strukturiertes, präzises und engagiertes Arbeiten
  • Spaß an Architektur, Offenheit und Lust dazu zu lernen
