In Ammersbek bieten wir eine Ausbildung zum/zur Mechatroniker/in (m/w/d) 2027 Über D+H In jedem von uns steckt doch irgendein Antrieb… und wir stellen ihn her. Genauer: Schaust Du in unsere Produktion, entdeckst Du palettenweise hochpräzise, elektromotorische Fensterantriebe und Steuerungen, die dafür sorgen, dass sich Fenster im Brandfall innerhalb weniger Sekunden vollautomatisch öffnen. So können gefährliche Brandgase von innen nach außen abgeleitet werden. Unsere Produkte gewährleisten nicht nur die Sicherheit, sie erhalten auch Tag für Tag die frische Luft in Innenräumen durch kontrollierte natürliche Lüftung.

Dein Terrain

Den Auftakt Deiner Ausbildung bildet das Basiswissen rund um D+H und unsere Produkte. Hierfür durchläufst Du verschiedene Abteilungen, in denen Du die Antriebe und Steuerungen von A bis Z kennenlernen wirst. In unseren Ausbildungswerkstätten ist es Deine Aufgabe, Deine handwerklichen Fähigkeiten unter Beweis zu stellen und zu verfeinern. Hier gehören Theorie und Praxis genauso in Deinen Werkzeugkoffer wie Messgerät und Laptop. Du bekommst spannende Projekte, die Du eigenständig umsetzt. Wieviel Unterstützung Du dafür benötigst liegt bei Dir. Ausbilder, Kollegen und Mitazubis stehen Dir zur Seite. Du fertigst technische Zeichnungen an, programmierst Anlagen und konstruierst neue Geräte. Du gestaltest Deine Ausbildung aktiv mit und nutzt Deine Freiheiten verantwortungsbewusst.

Dein Werkzeug

Du verfügst mindestens über einen guten Realschulabschluss. Wenn Dir dann noch Mathe und Physik schon immer ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert haben und Deine Leidenschaft der Technik gehört, fehlt nur noch eines: Dein handwerkliches Geschick, d. h. Deine Hände sind Dein wichtigster Verbündeter und nicht Dein erster Endgegner. Du bist neugierig und Deine Fragen haben es faustdick hinter den Ohren. Mit oberflächlichen Antworten kann man Dir nicht weiterhelfen, denn die Antwort kennst Du schon. Du gehst offen auf Deine Kollegen zu, bist hilfsbereit und weißt, dass Teamwork keine Einbahnstraße ist. Um gut mit Lernmaterial und in der Schule mitzukommen solltest du mindestens Deutsch auf B2 Niveau in Wort und Schrift beherrschen.
