Du gestaltest unsere zukünftige Datenlandschaft aktiv mit. Im Rahmen neuer ERP- und CRM-Systeme sowie unserer Cloud- und KI-Strategie sorgst Du dafür, dass Daten systemübergreifend konsistent, nutzbar und verständlich sind. Du schaffst die Grundlage für datengetriebene Entscheidungen, Automatisierung und KI – und gestaltest die digitale Zukunft unseres Unternehmens nachhaltig.

Dein Terrain

  • Aufbau & Weiterentwicklung der Daten- und Informationsarchitektur zur Schaffung einer konsistenten, unternehmensweiten Datenbasis
  • Modellierung von Datenstrukturen sowie Definition und Sicherstellung von Datenstandards, Datenqualität und Governance-Richtlinien
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung systemübergreifender Datenflüsse zwischen ERP-, CRM-, Cloud- und Fachanwendungen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Integrationsplattform (Lobster) inkl. Konfiguration und Anpassung von Schnittstellen
  • Analyse, Monitoring und Optimierung bestehender Integrationen, um Stabilität und Performance sicherzustellen
  • Bereitstellung und Aufbereitung von Daten für Reporting, Analytics, Automatisierung und KI-Anwendungen
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche bei datenbezogenen Fragestellungen und Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in technische Lösungen
  • Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden und internationalen Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei Systemeinführungen und Rollouts

Dein Werkzeug

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation – alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Integrationsprojekten oder Datenengineering
  • Erfahrung im Umfeld Datenmanagement, BusinessApplications, Analytics oder DataGovernance
  • Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und deren Abbildung in IT-Systemen, bspw. ERP- oder CRM-Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse in Datenmodellierung und Datenstrukturen sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken und SQL
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von APIs, Schnittstellen und Datenintegration
  • Selbstständige, proaktive Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
