Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Montage-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Rauchabzugs- und Lüftungssystemen beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Prüfung der technischen Voraussetzungen auf Baustellen und Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten Installation
  • Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen sowie Durchführung von Funktions- und Sicherheitsprüfungen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
  • Digitale Dokumentation von Serviceeinsätzen und Arbeitsergebnissen
  • Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden vor Ort
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Serviceprozessen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker, Elektriker, Mechatroniker, Elektrotechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Service, Kundendienst oder Außendienst sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Fehlersuche
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kunden- Serviceorientierung
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Wohnort im Großraum München
