Offshore oilfield operations – Gravel Pack.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate the Batch Mixer during offshore gravel-pack mixing and pumping operations, maintaining the required fluid specifications during mixing.
  • Inspect engines, instrumentation, sensors, lifting equipment, and safety devices.
  • Perform equipment commissioning, diagnostics, and functional testing to confirm operational readiness.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair fluid-end components, engines, butterfly valves, and safety components.
  • Maintain spare-parts inventory and support equipment mobilisation and demobilisation for offshore operations.
  • Conduct rig-up and rig-down activities for high-pressure lines and hoses in accordance with approved operational and safety procedures.
