The posting

Offshore oilfield operations – Gravel Pack.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor POD Blender equipment during gravel-pack pumping and mixing operations, ensuring compliance with specified rate and density.
  • Execute preventive inspections of engines, instrumentation, lifting gear, and safety devices to maintain equipment reliability.
  • Perform commissioning, diagnostics, and functional verification of equipment before deployment and operation.
  • Diagnose equipment faults and perform maintenance and repairs on manifolds, valves, gate components, engines, densitometers, and associated safety systems.
  • Coordinate spare and repair-parts inventory while supporting equipment preparation, mobilisation, and demobilisation between the base and offshore rig.
  • Conduct rig-up and rig-down activities for high-pressure lines and hoses in accordance with approved operational and safety procedures.
