🏡 Seniorenhaus Sonnengarten Adorf – ein Zuhause für Menschen

Wir sind eine stationäre Pflegeeinrichtung mit 90 vollstationären Pflegeplätzen, darunter 32 Plätze in einer segregativen gerontopsychiatrischen Wohnform. Unser Fokus liegt auf menschlicher Nähe, Respekt und einer individuellen Begleitung, die den Alltag unserer Bewohner*innen bereichert.

Ob Dauerpflege, Kurzzeit- oder Verhinderungspflege – bei uns steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt. Als Teil der Diakonie leben und gestalten wir Pflege nach unserem Leitbild: christlich, wertschätzend, verbindlich und zugewandt.

💚 Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Begleitung unserer Senior*innen bei alltäglichen Abläufen und Aktivitäten
  • Unterstützung der Pflegefachkräfte bei der Grundpflege und medizinischen Versorgung
  • Aufmerksamkeit und Nähe schenken – kleine Gesten, die Großes bewirken
  • Mitgestalten des Alltags: Spiele, Gespräche, kleine Projekte, die Freude bringen
  • Option auf Pflegeausbildung: Für Quereinsteigerinnen oder Helferinnen, die sich weiterentwickeln möchten
