Die Klinik für Psychiatrie, Psychotherapie und Psychosomatik ist zuständig für die Regelversorgung nahezu des gesamten Rheinisch-Bergischen Kreises. Sie besteht aus zwei Akut-, einer Gerontopsychiatrie- und drei störungsspezifischen Psychotherapiestationen mit insgesamt 110 Planbetten, zwei Tageskliniken mit insgesamt 36 Plätzen, einer Institutsambulanz und einer bald eröffnenden Wahlleistungsstation (zusätzlich 14 Betten). Es wird nach einem integrativen multimodalen Modell unter Berücksichtigung psychodynamischer, mentalisierungsbasierter und neurowissenschaftlicher Konzepte gearbeitet.

Wir wünschen uns eine/n engagierte/n, approbierte/n Arzt/Ärztin (m/w/d) in Weiterbildung mit besonderem Interesse für stationäre Psychotherapie (tiefenpsychologisch und verhaltenstherapeutisch) im Einzel- und Gruppensetting, aber auch für neurobiologische Grundlagen psychiatrischer Krankheitsbilder. Rotation in alle Bereiche ist üblich, ebenso wie regelmäßige interne und monatliche externe Supervision. Kompetenzen in der Durchführung von Neurostimulationsverfahren können erworben werden. Es besteht die Weiterbildungsbefugnis für den/die Facharzt/Fachärztin Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie (48 Monate), Psychosomatik und Psychotherapie (36 Monate) sowie Neurologie (12 Monate). Deine Aufgaben

  • Du diagnostizierst, behandelst und begleitest Patient:innen ganzheitlich
  • Psychiatrische und psychotherapeutische Behandlungskonzepte mitgestalten und umsetzen
  • Im multiprofessionellen Team gemeinsam individuelle Therapiepläne entwickeln
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei Visiten, Fallbesprechungen und Supervisionen mit
  • Mit zunehmender Erfahrung wirst du selbstständig Verantwortung übernehmen und die Weiterbildung aktiv gestalten
