Unsere Klinik für Psychiatrie, Psychotherapie und Psychosomatik ist zuständig für die Regelversorgung des Rheinisch-Bergischen Kreises. Die Klinik besteht aus zwei Akutstationen, drei störungsspezifischen Psychotherapiestationen sowie einer gerontopsychiatrischen Station, zwei psychotherapeutischen Tageskliniken und einer Institutsambulanz.

Für das Chefarztsekretariat der Psychiatrie suchen wir eine multitaskingfähige Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent und viel Empathie. Arbeite bei uns in der Schnittstelle von Patient:innen, Mitarbeitenden und externen Ärzt:innen. Bist du bereit für eine neue Herausforderung?! Deine Aufgaben

  • Du koordinierst das Kliniksekretariat einschließlich Terminmanagement, Korrespondenz und die Bearbeitung vielfältiger organisatorischer Anliegen
  • Das Schnittstellenmanagement und die Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden, Patient:innen, Angehörigen sowie mit externen Stellen gehört zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben
  • Du koordinierst die Privatsprechstunde des Chefarztes und die Aufnahmeplanung für die Wahlleistungsstation sowie die weiteren Psychotherapiestationen und Tageskliniken
  • Die Organisation der Spezialambulanzen, insbesondere der Gedächtnisambulanz sowie der Neurostimulationsambulanz erfolgt durch Dich
  • Du koordinierst Besprechungen und Konferenzen mit der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Unterlagen, Protokollen und Präsentationen
  • Die Vorbereitung und Mitbetreuung von Blockpraktika der Studierenden gehört zu Deinen regelmäßigen Aufgaben
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die redaktionelle Finalisierung von Entlassungs- und Ambulanzbriefen

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Sekretariat einer Klinik ist gerne gesehen, dies ist jedoch nicht Voraussetzung
  • Du bist gut darin, den Fokus zu behalten, auch wenn vieles gleichzeitig passiert
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und gerne auch bereits in ORBIS
  • Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit vielen Menschen (Patient:innen, Ärzt:innen und anderen Kliniken)
