Für den Bereich Verwaltung und Abrechnung von Quirlsberg Pflege & Wohnen in Bergisch Gladbach suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine kommunikative und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit. Das Haus Quirlsberg verfügt über 82 stationäre Plätze für überwiegend Menschen mit Demenz. Das Haus An der Jüch hat 80 Plätze in der vollstationären Pflege und 20 in der Kurzzeitpflege. Außerdem haben wir eine Tagespflege und eine ambulante Pflege mit unserer Diakoniestation. Sie arbeiten 19,5 Wochenstunden bei einer 5-Tage-Woche. Die Arbeitszeiten können unter Berücksichtigung der betrieblichen Erfordernisse individuell gestaltet werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Heimabrechnung und Kommunikation mit den Kostenträgern (Sozialämtern, Pflege- und Krankenkassen)
  • Antragsstellung bei Ämtern und Behörden (z.B. Pflegewohngeld, Sozialhilfe)
  • Bearbeitung aller abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen der Bewohner und Angehörigen während und nach dem Aufenthalt
  • Verwaltung der Verwahrgeld- und Hauskasse
  • Kommunikation mit Rechnungsempfängern (Angehörige, Pflegekassen, Sozialämter)

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Word und Excel
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Pflege sind gerne gesehen aber nicht zwingend notwendig
