  • Conhecimento em virtualização e gerenciamento de ambientes em nuvem.
  • Administração de Active Directory, DNS, DHCP e controle de acessos.
  • Conhecimento em redes corporativas, firewalls, VPNs, switches e conectividade.
  • Experiência com soluções de backup, recuperação de dados e recuperação de desastres.
  • Conhecimento em segurança da informação, gestão de vulnerabilidades e atualização de ambientes.
  • Experiência na gestão de fornecedores e serviços terceirizados de infraestrutura de TI.
  • Conhecimento em SAP Basis e Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) será considerado um diferencial.
  • Capacidade analítica, proatividade, organização, trabalho em equipe e foco em resultados.

Atividades e responsabilidades

  • Administrar e monitorar servidores, redes, ambientes em nuvem e sistemas corporativos, assegurando a disponibilidade, o desempenho, a integridade e a segurança da infraestrutura de TI.
  • Administrar e acompanhar os ambientes SAP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) e demais plataformas sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Analisar, diagnosticar e solucionar incidentes e problemas de infraestrutura, atuando na identificação de causas-raiz e na prevenção de recorrências, a fim de garantir a continuidade das operações.
  • Implementar, administrar e monitorar soluções de conectividade, segurança da informação, controle de acessos, gestão de vulnerabilidades e atualização dos ambientes tecnológicos.
  • Gerenciar as rotinas de backup, os processos de recuperação de dados e os procedimentos de continuidade de negócios e recuperação de desastres.
  • Atuar como ponto focal técnico junto aos fornecedores de infraestrutura, telecomunicações, computação em nuvem e segurança da informação, acompanhando entregas, incidentes, contratos e níveis de serviço (SLAs).
  • Participar de projetos de implantação, atualização, migração e melhoria contínua da infraestrutura de TI, contribuindo para a eficiência, a disponibilidade e a evolução dos ambientes tecnológicos.
  • Manter atualizada a documentação técnica, os procedimentos operacionais e os registros relacionados à infraestrutura, assegurando a padronização e a rastreabilidade das atividades.
