Atuamos na gestão de dispositivos, identidades, acessos, produtividade e infraestrutura, buscando cada vez mais automação, segurança e escalabilidade.

Aqui suas responsabilidades serão:

Atuar na gestão, automação e sustentação do nosso ecossistema de Endpoints, Identidades e Produtividade Corporativa. Essa pessoa terá um papel bastante hands-on, atuando diretamente na gestão de dispositivos Windows e macOS, identidades e acessos, automação de rotinas e sustentação dos ambientes corporativos.

Qualificações que você precisa ter:

  • Experiência com plataformas de gerenciamento de dispositivos UEM/MDM/MAM, como Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune ou Jamf;
  • Experiência com gerenciamento do ecossistema Apple por meio do Apple Business Manager / DEP;
  • Experiência com automação e scripting utilizando PowerShell e Shell Script;
  • Vivência com Entra ID, Okta (SSO, MFA e Acesso Condicional) e conhecimentos em Active Directory On-Premises;
  • Conhecimento em administração de ambientes Windows Server;
  • Conhecimento em redes e protocolos como DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP e VPN, para atuação em troubleshooting;
  • Experiência com administração e suporte de Microsoft 365 e Google Workspace.

Habilidades que são diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento em consumo e automação por meio de APIs REST;
  • Experiência com ambientes Zero Trust e soluções de segurança/proxy, como Zscaler;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de observabilidade, como Grafana e Zabbix;
  • Certificações relacionadas à área, como Microsoft MD-102, SC-300, Okta Admin ou Workspace ONE;
  • Inglês avançado para leitura técnica, documentação e comunicação.
