Profissional com autonomia para administrar ambientes de infraestrutura, investigar incidentes e executar atividades de média complexidade. Deve possuir capacidade analítica, organização, boa documentação técnica e experiência prática com ambientes virtualizados e rotinas críticas de backup.

Formação e Experiência

  • Superior completo ou cursando em Redes, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência anterior em administração de infraestrutura, servidores e virtualização.
  • Experiência prática com Proxmox e soluções de backup é requisito importante para a posição.
  • Certificações Linux, Microsoft, Proxmox, Veeam ou similares serão consideradas diferenciais.

Objetivo do Cargo

Atuar na administração, sustentação e evolução da infraestrutura de TI, garantindo disponibilidade, desempenho e segurança dos ambientes de servidores, virtualização, armazenamento e backup, com foco em ambientes Proxmox e soluções de Backup e Disaster Recovery.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Administração e sustentação de ambientes virtualizados utilizando Proxmox VE.
  • Criação, configuração e manutenção de máquinas virtuais (VMs) e containers LXC.
  • Administração de clusters Proxmox, incluindo HA, migração e replicação.
  • Configuração e gerenciamento de storage no Proxmox.
  • Administração de ambientes Linux e Windows Server.
  • Implantação, configuração e acompanhamento de rotinas de backup.
  • Administração de Proxmox Backup Server (PBS).
  • Configuração de políticas de retenção, replicação e armazenamento de backups.
  • Execução periódica de testes de restauração para validação dos backups.
  • Troubleshooting de falhas de backup, virtualização, storage e servidores.
  • Apoio na definição e acompanhamento de RPO e RTO.
  • Apoio na elaboração e execução de planos de Disaster Recovery (DR).
  • Monitoramento da capacidade e disponibilidade dos ambientes.
  • Administração de storage local, NAS e SAN.
  • Administração básica de redes, VLANs, DNS, DHCP e VPN.
  • Aplicação de atualizações, patches e hardening dos servidores.
  • Atendimento e resolução de chamados N2 relacionados à infraestrutura.
  • Escalonamento de incidentes críticos quando necessário.
  • Documentação dos ambientes, procedimentos, configurações e mudanças.
  • Participação em mudanças de infraestrutura e janelas de manutenção.

  • Virtualização KVM e containers LXC.
  • Administração de ambientes Linux.
  • Windows Server.
  • Active Directory, DNS e DHCP.
  • Soluções e estratégias de Backup e Restore.
  • Conceitos de RPO, RTO e Disaster Recovery.
  • Storage, RAID, NAS e SAN.
  • Redes TCP/IP e VLAN.
  • Troubleshooting de infraestrutura.

  • Veeam Backup & Replication.
  • Ceph integrado ao Proxmox.
  • ZFS.
  • Replicação entre sites.
  • Ambientes de alta disponibilidade (HA).
  • Firewall e VPN.
