Wir suchen Sie!

Sie verbinden strategische Unternehmensentwicklung mit operativer Projektarbeit an der Seite des Managements. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zur Geschäftsführung steuern Sie aktiv die Integration von Prozessen und entlasten die Führungsebene bei strategischen sowie organisatorischen und technischen Aufgaben.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Steuerung von Integrationsprojekten inklusive Projektplänen, Meilensteinen, Budgets sowie Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Koordination interner und externer Schnittstellen sowie Harmonisierung und Dokumentation technischer Prozesse, Systeme und Daten bei Unternehmenszusammenführungen und neuen Unternehmensstrukturen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Skalierungsmaßnahmen, einschließlich Erweiterung der technischen Infrastruktur sowie Begleitung von Standortaufbauten und Kapazitätserweiterungen
  • Aufbereitung technischer Analysen, Kennzahlen und Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen
  • Technische und organisatorische Schnittstelle zwischen dem Management, den Fachabteilungen (wie Produktion, F&E oder IT) sowie externen Partnern

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches, ingenieurwissenschaftliches oder interdisziplinäres Studium mit Promotion, beispielsweise in Biologie, Chemie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie oder Bioverfahrenstechnik
  • Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Koordination technischer Integrationsvorhaben, der Prozessoptimierung, der technischen Skalierung und/oder in der Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung ist wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
