In der Abteilung Supply Chain Management suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Teilbereichsleiter (m/w/d) Produktion in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines neuen Produktionsstandortes einschließlich der Entwicklung und Implementierung technischer Anlagen und Prozesse
  • Mitarbeit in der Konzeptions- und Aufbauphase des Produktionsbereiches
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines Produktionsteams sowie perspektivische Übernahme der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung
  • Herstellung von Reagenzien für die klinische Diagnostik in Produktionsmaßstäben von bis zu 30.000 Litern einschließlich der zugehörigen technischen Dokumentationen gem. ISO 13485
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Produktionsanlagen im Großvolumenbereich
  • Durchführung von Filtrationsprozessen der hergestellten Reagenzien
  • Sicherstellung der Instandhaltung und Pflege der technischen Ausrüstung/Produktionsanlagen sowie der Prozesswasseranlage
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Kalibrierung von Messmitteln
  • Fachgerechte Entsorgung von Labor- und Chemikalienabfällen gemäß definiertem Prozess
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung, Optimierung und Überprüfung von Herstellvorschriften

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung bzw. eine Weiterbildung zum Chemietechniker (m/w/d)
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der großvolumigen chemischen Produktion
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Prozessleitsystemen sowie technisches Verständnis für Produktionsanlagen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den einschlägigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften (z.B. BetrSichV, AwSV)
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Warenwirtschafts- und Lagerverwaltungssystemen
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden ist wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement, vorzugsweise im regulierten Umfeld, sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität
