In der Abteilung Supply Chain Management suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Teilbereichsleiter (m/w/d) technische Instandhaltung und Automation in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und dem Aufbau eines neuen Produktionsstandortes
  • Planung, Auswahl und Implementierung technischer Anlagen, Maschinen und Automatisierungslösungen
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches technische Instandhaltung und Automation
  • Rekrutierung, Einarbeitung und spätere fachliche sowie disziplinarische Führung eines Teams
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit und Betriebssicherheit von Produktionsanlagen, Gebäudetechnik und Infrastruktur
  • Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Analyse und Behebung mechanischer, elektrischer und steuerungstechnischer Störungen
  • Überwachung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs aller technischen Anlagen und Systeme
  • Verantwortung für die vorbeugende Instandhaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung technischer Prozesse
  • Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Bewertung ihrer Leistungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Automatisierungs- und Prozessleitsystemen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker bzw. Industriemeister (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld (z.B. Chemie-, Pharma-, Lebensmittel- oder Getränkeindustrie)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik (MSR) sowie Erfahrung mit Prozessleitsystemen, beispielsweise Siemens PCS 7
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den relevanten gesetzlichen und technischen Vorschriften, z. B. BetrSichV und AwSV
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Organisationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit und Anlagenverfügbarkeit
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-, Warenwirtschafts- und Instandhaltungssystemen
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden ist von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement sind wünschenswert
  • Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Freude daran, neue Strukturen und Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
