Du baust ein Accounting, das mit unserem Wachstum Schritt hält.

Pammys ist in nur vier Jahren auf über 1 Million Kundinnen und Kunden gewachsen und gehört zu den am schnellsten wachsenden E-Commerce-Unternehmen Europas.

Heute arbeiten über 150 Mitarbeitende an unseren Standorten in Hamburg, Kiel und unserem eigenen 22.000 m² Logistikzentrum in Lensahn daran, Pammys zu einer globalen Footwear Brand zu entwickeln.

Für unsere nächste Wachstumsphase suchen wir einen Head of Accounting (m/w/d), der unser Accounting fachlich und disziplinarisch führt und für saubere, verlässliche und skalierbare Finanzprozesse sorgt.

Du führst unsere Buchhalter, Steuerfachangestellten und Finance Assistants und bist verantwortlich dafür, dass Zahlen, Abschlüsse und Prozesse jederzeit belastbar sind.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst unser Accounting-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und entwickelst Strukturen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Standards weiter.
  • Du verantwortest die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Kreditoren, Debitoren, Banken, Zahlungsverkehr und Kontenabstimmungen.
  • Du steuerst unsere Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse und stellst einen schnellen, sauberen und verlässlichen Closing-Prozess sicher.
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Banken und externe Finance-Partner.
  • Du optimierst und automatisierst unsere Accounting-Prozesse, Systeme und Schnittstellen.
  • Du stellst gemeinsam mit Controlling und Management sicher, dass jederzeit eine vollständige und verlässliche Finanzdatenbasis vorhanden ist.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Accounting, Rechnungswesen oder in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen und idealerweise disziplinarischen Führung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB, Abschlusserstellung und Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV, Excel oder vergleichbaren Finance-Systemen
  • Erfahrung aus E-Commerce, Handel, D2C oder einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen ist ein großes Plus
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, präzise und lösungsorientiert und hast einen hohen Anspruch an Qualität und Verlässlichkeit
