Mit über 150 Mitarbeitenden an unseren Standorten in Hamburg, Kiel und unserem eigenen 22.000m² Logistikzentrum in Lensahn wachsen wir weiter – und bauen unsere HR-Organisation kontinuierlich aus.

Dafür suchen wir einen HR Manager Talent Acquisition & People (m/w/d), der Recruiting und operative Personalarbeit miteinander verbindet und gemeinsam mit uns die nächste Wachstumsphase gestaltet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Ausschreibung bis zur erfolgreichen Einstellung
  • Beratung unserer Führungskräfte in Recruiting-, Personal- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Eigenständige Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Abmahnungen, Kündigungen und weiteren personalrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Begleitung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding
  • Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung unserer HR-Prozesse und Strukturen
  • Durchführung von Personalgesprächen und Unterstützung bei anspruchsvollen Mitarbeitersituationen
  • Mitarbeit an spannenden HR-Projekten und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer People-Organisation
  • Gelegentliche Besuche unserer Standorte – insbesondere unseres Logistikzentrums in Lensahn – für eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungskräften und Teams vor Ort

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Wirtschaftsrecht, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Personalmanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Erstellung arbeitsrechtlicher Dokumente
  • Nachweisbare Recruiting-Erfahrung
  • Hohe Beratungskompetenz im Umgang mit Führungskräften
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und professionelle Kommunikation auch in schwierigen Situationen
  • Strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
