Pammys ist in nur vier Jahren auf über eine Million Kunden gewachsen – ausgezeichnet von der Financial Times als das am schnellsten wachsende E-Commerce-Unternehmen Europas. Dieses Jahr bewegen wir uns auf ein 9-stelliges Umsatzniveau zu und bauen eine globale Footwear-Brand.

Mit einem über 100-köpfigen Team an unseren Standorten in Hamburg, Kiel und unserem Logistikzentrum in Lensahn treiben wir unser Wachstum über alle relevanten Kanäle voran – und Marketplaces sind ein zentraler Hebel unserer Skalierung.

Genau hier kommst du ins Spiel: Als Marketplace Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die operative Verantwortung für unsere wichtigsten Plattformen – insbesondere Amazon, About You und Otto. Du setzt Strategien um, optimierst laufend die Performance und entwickelst den Kanal gemeinsam mit dem Team weiter.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du steuerst operativ unsere Marketplaces (Amazon, About You, Otto) und setzt Wachstumsstrategien um
  • Du optimierst Produktlistings, Content, SEO und Conversion, um die Performance kontinuierlich zu steigern
  • Du arbeitest an Pricing, Promotions und Sortimentssteuerung zur Maximierung von Umsatz und Profitabilität
  • Du analysierst relevante KPIs (Umsatz, Conversion Rate, ROAS, etc.) und leitest konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
  • Du steuerst Advertising-Kampagnen innerhalb der Plattformen (z. B. Amazon Ads)
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams (Performance Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, Data) zusammen
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle operativen Abläufe (Bestände, Lieferfähigkeit, Bewertungen) reibungslos funktionieren
  • Du identifizierst neue Potenziale und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Kanals ein

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, E-Commerce, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Marketplaces mit – idealerweise mit Fokus auf Amazon sowie weiteren Plattformen wie About You oder Otto
  • Du hast nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und der Skalierung von Umsatz über Marktplätze
  • Du verstehst die Mechaniken von Plattformen (Ranking, Advertising, Content, Pricing) im Detail
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch und steuerst deine Kanäle über klare KPIs
  • Du bist stark in Analyse, Struktur und Umsetzung und kannst schnell fundierte Entscheidungen treffen
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, effizient und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und kannst verschiedene Stakeholder sicher steuern
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
