Du steuerst Liquidität, Cashflow und Finanzierung in einem Unternehmen mit hoher Dynamik.

Pammys ist in nur vier Jahren auf über 1 Million Kundinnen und Kunden gewachsen und gehört zu den am schnellsten wachsenden E-Commerce-Unternehmen Europas.

Heute arbeiten über 150 Mitarbeitende an unseren Standorten in Hamburg, Kiel und unserem eigenen 22.000 m² Logistikzentrum in Lensahn daran, Pammys zu einer globalen Footwear Brand zu entwickeln.

Mit steigenden Einkaufsvolumina, internationalem Wachstum und hohen Waren- und Marketinginvestitionen wird professionelles Treasury für uns immer wichtiger.

Deshalb suchen wir einen Senior Treasury Manager (m/w/d), der unsere Liquidität vorausschauend steuert, Cashflow-Strukturen optimiert und dafür sorgt, dass unser Wachstum jederzeit solide finanziert ist.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest unsere Liquiditätsplanung und Cashflow-Steuerung und entwickelst rollierende Forecasts für kurz-, mittel- und langfristige Finanzbedarfe.
  • Du steuerst unser Working Capital und optimierst gemeinsam mit Accounting, Controlling, Sourcing und Operations Zahlungsziele, Bestände und Kapitalbindung.
  • Du verantwortest die Zusammenarbeit mit Banken, Finanzierungspartnern und Zahlungsdienstleistern und entwickelst bestehende Finanzierungsstrukturen weiter.
  • Du analysierst finanzielle Risiken und sorgst für ein professionelles Management von Währungs-, Zins- und Liquiditätsrisiken.
  • Du entwickelst unsere Treasury-Prozesse, Systeme und Reportings weiter und schaffst maximale Transparenz über Cash und Finanzierungsbedarf.
  • Du unterstützt Geschäftsführung und Finance Leadership bei Finanzierungsentscheidungen, Investitionen und strategischen Szenarioanalysen.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management oder Working Capital Management
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Liquiditätsplanung, Cashflow, Finanzierung und finanziellen Risiken
  • Erfahrung in einem E-Commerce-, Handels-, Consumer- oder schnell wachsenden Unternehmensumfeld ist ein großes Plus
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie Treasury-, ERP- oder Banking-Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Banken und Finanzierungspartnern
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, vorausschauend und präzise und kannst komplexe Finanzthemen klar auf den Punkt bringen
