Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday Salary: PKR 130,000 to 150,000 per month, depending on experience Industry: Manufacturing / FMCG Reports To: Director / Head of Operations

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator for a manufacturing company in Lahore. You will manage customer orders end to end, from receiving and recording sales orders to coordinating with the factory, logistics and accounts teams and making sure every dispatch goes out correctly and on time. The role suits someone organized and responsive who enjoys working with customers, transporters and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

  • Receive sales orders from customers and directors and record them accurately
  • Coordinate with customers to answer queries and confirm orders
  • Keep the factory, logistics and accounts teams aligned on every order

Sales Order Processing

  • Prepare sales orders in coordination with customers and directors
  • Revise sales orders for dispatch discrepancies or customer requests
  • Keep all sales documentation complete and accurate

Dispatch Coordination

  • Work with the dispatch supervisor to ensure correct loading and dispatch of goods
  • Resolve loading issues on the spot, including immediate SO adjustments

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong working relationships with customers, transporters and vendors
  • Keep external parties updated on order status, delivery timelines and changes
  • Handle escalations professionally while protecting company interests
  • Gather feedback from external parties to improve service and efficiency

Documentation & Reporting

  • Coordinate with the Accounts Officer for accurate invoicing
  • Maintain records of orders, customer interactions and dispatch confirmations
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, dispatch status and pending orders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in sales operations, order processing or customer management
  • Manufacturing or FMCG background preferred
  • Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Customer-service mindset with good problem-solving ability

Nice to Have

  • Experience with an ERP or sales order management system
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced operational environment
