Role Overview

A recruitment-focused specialist is required to own high-volume talent acquisition for a growing BPO operation. This is a hands-on hiring role (approximately 70% recruitment, 30% HR operations) responsible for keeping the agent, support, and sales floors fully staffed while maintaining clean HR processes behind the hiring engine.

Key Responsibilities — Talent Acquisition (primary focus)

  • Own full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for BPO roles including customer support agents, inbound/outbound sales reps, technical support, QA, and team leads.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines to support continuous and bulk hiring, and backfill attrition without disrupting floor capacity.
  • Source candidates across multiple channels: job boards, referrals, social media, walk-in drives, and direct headhunting.
  • Conduct high-volume phone and initial screens, assessing English and communication proficiency, availability for night shifts, and role fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with operations managers and team leads, and drive the funnel to meet weekly and monthly hiring targets and time-to-fill.
  • Manage offer roll-outs, salary discussions within approved bands, and closing, keeping drop-off low.

Key Responsibilities — HR Operations (supporting)

  • Run smooth onboarding and documentation for new joiners, ensuring accurate employee records from day one.
  • Maintain and improve recruitment and onboarding SOPs, and keep hiring processes aligned with Pakistan labor laws.
  • Manage, train, and delegate screening coordination and administrative tasks to the HR Assistant.
  • Handle first-line employee queries and support basic employee relations and retention efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven high-volume recruitment experience, preferably within a BPO, call center, or staffing environment.
  • Track record hiring customer support, sales, or agent-level roles against tight targets and turnaround times.
  • Ability to assess candidate English and communication quality quickly and consistently.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Lahore on a 3:00 PM–12:00 AM shift.
  • Working knowledge of HR documentation, onboarding, and labor compliance.
