Vi söker dig som arbetar (eller precis arbetat) i en säljande kundtjänst och som vet vad rollen innebär på riktigt. Du trivs med att ha många ärenden parallellt, ställa rätt frågor till våra kunder, omvandla dialog till affär – utan att tumma på kundnytta och förtroende. Det här är inte en roll för dig som behöver detaljstyrning eller inte kan ta beslut på egen hand. Det är en roll för dig som tar ägarskap, driver ditt eget resultat och vill påverka din egen utveckling, prestation och lön. (Finns inget lönetak). Om rollen Du arbetar med utgående kunddialoger där fokus är: Försäljning och merförsäljning Rådgivning utifrån kundens behov Uppföljning av affärer och ärenden Målstyrt arbete mot tydliga KPI:er
