Som kundtjänstmedarbetare på Mister York blir du en viktig länk mellan våra gäster, restauranger och huvudkontor. Du är den som ser till att varje person som kontaktar oss får snabb, professionell och lösningsorienterad hjälp – oavsett om det gäller en fråga, ett problem eller bara en nyfiken fundering om våra burgare. Ditt uppdrag I rollen som kundtjänstmedarbetare ansvarar du för att: - Ta emot och hantera inkommande samtal, mejl och chattar från våra gäster. - Besvara frågor om menyer, öppettider, kampanjer, allergener, leveranser och beställningar. - Hantera klagomål på ett professionellt och empatiskt sätt – alltid med gästupplevelsen i fokus. - Registrera och följa upp ärenden i våra system. - Samverka med restaurangchefer och kollegor i hela organisationen för att lösa kundärenden snabbt. - Bidra med insikter från gäster till förbättringar i rutiner och service. Vem är du? Vi tror att du har tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice – gärna från restaurang, snabbmatsbranschen, detaljhandel eller callcenter. Du är trygg i både svenska och engelska, har god datorvana och trivs i ett högt tempo där varje dag bjuder på nya utmaningar. För att lyckas i rollen är du: - Serviceinriktad, lyhörd och positiv. - Empatisk och tålmodig, även i stressiga situationer. - Strukturerad och noggrann i ditt arbete. - Ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad. - En lagspelare som gillar att bidra till teamets mål.
