Interview: 01 round at the bank.

- Phân tích và định nghĩa yêu cầu nghiệp vụ chi tiết, yêu cầu người dùng, yêu cầu chức năng các sản phẩm, dịch vụ với Khách hàng hoặc đối tác hoặc các bộ phận yêu cầu

- Thiết lập và xây dựng wireframe phù hợp với yêu cầu, trao đổi với các bên liên quan để hoàn thiện

- Hoàn thiện tài liệu đặc tả phần mềm (SRS)

- Phối hợp xem xét testcase để đảm bảo tính chính xác và chất lượng của testcase so với tài liệu

- Tham gia xây dựng, góp ý về các quy trình/hệ thống/sản phẩm của các Khối/Phòng/Ban trong ngân hàng

- Thực hiện phác thảo mô hình hệ thống cần xây dựng theo yêu cầu

- Soạn thảo tài liệu hướng dẫn người dùng

- Hỗ trợ xử lý lỗi ở cấp độ level 2

1. Trình độ:

- Học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Ngoại thương, Kinh tế, Ngân hàng

- Ngoại ngữ: Trình độ B2 trở lên. (TOEIC 600 theo thang tham chiếu)

Tin học: Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng và các công cụ phục vụ công việc

2. Kinh nghiệm:

- Kinh nghiệm chuyên môn: Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phát triển phần mềm tại vị trí Phân tích nghiệp vụ

3. Kiến thức:

- Kiến thức chung: Am hiểu tổ chức, Am hiểu về lĩnh vực ngân hàng, Am hiểu về lĩnh vực ngành/nghề đang cung cấp)

- Kiến thức chuyên môn:

+ Hiểu biết về các hệ thống trong ngân hàng và các nghiệp vụ của ngân hàng.

+ Nắm vững các quy trình phát triển phần mềm và các quy trình/ quy định có liên quan trong phạm vi công việc phụ trách.

- Analyze and define detailed business requirements, user requirements, functional requirements for products and services with customers or partners or requesting departments

- Set up and build wireframes in accordance with requirements, discuss with relevant parties to complete

- Complete software specification documents (SRS)

- Coordinate test case reviews to ensure accuracy and quality of test cases compared to documents

- Participate in building and giving comments on processes/systems/products of Blocks/Departments/Departments in the bank

- Make sketches of the system model that needs to be built according to requirements

- Drafting user documentation

- Support error handling at level 2

- Education: University degree in Information Technology, Foreign Trade, Economics, Banking

Informatics: Proficient in using office computers and work tools

2. Experience:

- Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in software development as a Business Analyst

3. Knowledge:

- General knowledge: Understanding the organization, Understanding the banking sector, Understanding the industry/profession being offered)

- Expertise:

+ Understanding of banking systems and banking operations.

+ Master software development processes and related processes/regulations within the scope of work in charge.
