I. Quản trị, điều hành

- Tham vấn, đề xuất định hướng chiến lược chuyển đổi số, triển khai áp dụng CNTT nhằm hiện thực hóa chiến lược.

- Tổ chức, quản lý, điều hành hoạt động kế toán của nhà hàng.

- Xây dựng, Quản lý, tổ chức hệ thống kế toán của doanh nghiệp, và phổ biến các chính sách, quy trình chuyên môn đến toàn bộ nhân viên trong phòng kế toán.

II. Quản lý công tác kế toán

- Xử lý các nghiệp vụ kế toán phát sinh trong doanh nghiệp liên quan chủ yếu về nhà hàng F&B

- Kiểm tra tính chính xác của các phiếu thu, phiếu chi, hóa đơn bán hàng, quỹ tiền mặt hằng ngày. Kiểm tra soát xét lại toàn bộ các khoản doanh thu, chi phí phát sinh trong kỳ.

- Kiểm và lập báo cáo thuế, cân đối xây dựng định mức thuế. Xây dựng thiết lập giá thành nội bộ, giá thành thuế. Làm việc với cơ quan thuế và các cơ quan ban ngành khác theo yêu cầu của ban Tổng Giám Đốc.

- Khai báo Thuế TNCN cho nhân viên, Xuất Khấu trừ thuế cho nhân viên.

- Lập báo cáo quản trị nội bộ.

- Tổ chức kiểm kê toàn bộ tài sản, thiết bị dụng cụ theo định kỳ.

- Kiểm soát giá thành, chi phí, doanh thu, lãi lỗ, hàng tồn kho, công nợ và báo cáo.

- Đảm báo các báo cáo kế toán thuế, báo cáo quản trị, báo cáo kiểm toán định kỳ và phát sinh được chính xác, đúng pháp luật, đúng thời hạn.

- Xây dựng và giám sát hệ thống phần mềm/ kế toán quản trị có hiệu quả

Yêu cầu công việc

- Trình độ học vấn : Đại học

- Trình độ chuyên môn : Tài chính, Kế toán, Kiểm toán

- Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu: Có ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm đảm nhận vị trí Trưởng phòng TCKT hoặc tương đương.

- Chuyên môn: Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong mảng Kinh doanh Nhà hàng F&B

- Chứng chỉ hoặc giấy phép hành nghề: Kế toán trưởng.

- Yêu cầu ngoại ngữ: Trình độ tiếng Anh cơ bản.

- Biết sử dụng phần mềm kế toán iPOS, Phần mềm xuất hóa đơn đầu ra cho mảng Nhà hàng.

- Kiến thức:

+Hiểu biết sâu sắc kiến thức nghề nghiệp: Nắm vững nghiệp vụ tài chính kế toán

+ Nắm vững các quy định pháp luật về Thuế, nguyên tắc chuẩn mực tài chính kế toán, nghiệp vụ hạch toán kế toán.

- Thái độ

+ Trung thực, Tự tin, Kiên trì, Nhiệt tình, Tuân thủ kỷ luật.

+ Quyết đoán, có tinh thành trách nhiệm cao với công việc và dám chịu trách nhiệm.

+ Ham học hỏi, biết lắng nghe và tiếp thu ý kiến, sẵn sàng góp ý, chia sẻ và giúp đỡ đồng nghiệp.

+ Có đạo đức nghề nghiệp.
