The posting

Responsibilities As a leader in the delivery team, you're responsible for managing multi-level relationships with different project teams.

The experience includes a sound understanding of Retail and Corporate Loan Origination processes, post-approval processes involving Collateral and Limits Management, and technical expertise in the Java platform for Spring & Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Microservice architecture on OpenShift or Kubernetes.

Participate and lead in technical or solutioning meetings with different project teams, ensuring that delivery teams meet agreed Service Level Agreements and overall customer satisfaction. I manage the development and deployment of projects within timelines and budgets, providing timely and accurate project/production reporting.

As a hands-on leader, you oversee all tasks happening in the project/production teams, providing timely escalation to the Singapore office and coordinating recovery activities for major incidents.

Ensure compliance with delivery and production processes and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.

Build and maintain repositories for deliverables, methodologies, and project/production support documents.

Requirements A degree in Computer Science and PMP certification, and over 10 years of demonstrated work experience in the banking domain in the area of Credit Risk Process and/or Post approval process involving Collateral & Limits Management.

Have managed teams of at least 10 people in banking projects for over 5 years, and I possess good knowledge of Java, J2EE, object-oriented technologies, and implementation.

The leadership skills and ability to manage time, cost, and quality are exceptional.

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong customer relations, and the ability to interact with IT and Business users at all levels. I have successfully managed a project from start to finish, demonstrating leadership and problem ownership qualities.

Well-equipped to work under a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and have experience working in a cross-cultural team with multi-geographical locations (onsite-offsite).

Willing to travel and work in regional countries.
