MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Quản lý chương trình đào tạo

- Phát triển và cập nhật chương trình đào tạo theo xu hướng mới nhất trong ngành

thẩm mỹ.

- Xây dựng kế hoạch học tập và sắp xếp các khóa học để đảm bảo việc cung cấp kiến

thức và kỹ năng thẩm mỹ chất lượng cho học viên.

- Tuyển dụng và quản lý nhân sự.

- Tuyển dụng và huấn luyện giảng viên và nhân viên hỗ trợ

- Đảm bảo rằng đội ngũ nhân viên luôn duy trì một môi trường học tập tích cực và đáp

ứng nhu cầu của học viên.

2. Quản lý tài chính và nguồn lực

- Theo dõi ngân sách học viên và đảm bảo việc sử dụng tài chính hiệu quả.

- Xác định các nguồn tài trợ và tối ưu hóa việc sử dụng các nguồn lực.

3. Quản lý quan hệ với học viên và phụ huynh

- Tạo và duy trì mối quan hệ tích cực với học viên và phụ huynh để đảm bảo họ cảm

thấy hài lòng với chất lượng giáo giục và dịch vụ.

4. Thúc đẩy sự phát triển và tiếp thị

- Phát triển chiến lược tiếp thị để tăng cường sự nhận diện và sự hiện diện của học

viên trong ngành thẩm mỹ.

5. Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định và luật pháp

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.

- Từng có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Quản lý học viên.

- Thành thạo kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình và tạo ảnh hưởng ở mọi mức độ tổ chức.

- Nhạy bén với các cơ hội kinh doanh, có kiến thức chuyên sâu về ngành và sản

phẩm bên thẩm mỹ/ spa.

- Có khả năng tự thúc đẩy, tự vạch định mục tiêu cụ thể và tập trung thực hiện mục

tiêu

- Cởi mở, sẵn sàng học hỏi, tiếp thu các góp ý phản hồi.
