MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

- Điều hành hoạt động chung của Phòng Sáng tạo, Phòng Sản xuất bao gồm các

team: Design, Copy writer, Media Video editor.

- Nắm bắt trend thị trường và xây ý tưởng sáng tạo, xây kịch bản, nhân vật, câu

chuyện viral; đảm bảo sản phẩm tạo ra có tính logic, thú vị, thu hút thị hiếu, phục

vụ công tác quảng cáo, tiếp thị trên các kênh online và offline;

- Xây chiến lược và kế hoạch công việc cho team;

- Phối hợp với các phòng/BP chức năng có liên quan để xây dựng chương trình hoạt

động cho team, phân công nhiệm vụ, KPI cho nhân viên, đôn đốc và giám sát, đánh

giá thực thi để đạt hiệu quả tối ưu nhất;

- Chịu trách nhiệm cuối cùng cho hiệu quả hoạt động của team;

- Thực hiện những công việc khác theo yêu cầu và phân công của cấp trên.

YÊU CẦU:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học có chuyên ngành Mỹ Thuật / Marketing.

- Nam/ nữ có tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan đến mô tả công việc và ít nhất 02

năm ở vị trí quản lý.

- Ưu tiên các nhân sự có kinh nghiệm làm trong các agency về sáng tạo.

- Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm phim ngắn, phim quảng cáo thuộc các

lĩnh vực: làm đẹp, giải trí, sự kiện, quảng cáo, truyền thông sản xuất phim

- Tư duy sáng tạo, logic, có óc thẩm mỹ, am hiểu thị trường và thị hiếu khách hàng.

- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc.

QUYỀN LỢI:

- Lương, thưởng hoàn thành KPI, thu nhập từ 80 triệu trở lên tùy vào năng lực.
