MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Giám sát quá trình tuyển dụng, phỏng vấn, lựa chọn nhân sự cho công ty.
  • Lập kế hoạch tiền lương, thưởng, chế độ phúc lợi, bảo hiểm và an toàn lao động cho nhân viên.
  • Khởi xướng và giám sát việc thực hiện các quy trình nhân sự.
  • Tuân thủ và đảm bảo bộ phận nhân sự tuân thủ các thủ tục nội bộ và pháp lý.
  • Giám sát và kiểm tra cập nhật hồ sơ nhân viên.
  • Trả lời mọi thắc mắc của công đoàn một cách chuyên nghiệp và kịp thời.
  • Đề xuất, phê duyệt các chương trình thu hút và giữ chân nhân tài hàng đầu.
  • Khởi xướng, giám sát và phối hợp cập nhật hệ thống phần mềm nhân sự.
  • Đề xuất các biện pháp cải tiến phù hợp để cải thiện đánh giá hiệu suất nhân viên.
  • Báo cáo cho ban lãnh đạo về hoạt động nhân sự của công ty.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Có 7 - 10 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản trị nguồn nhân lực, với ít nhất 2 - 3 năm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Nhân sự.
  • Hiểu rõ về các vị trí trong công ty của ngành F&B, mạnh về các mảng tuyển dụng của khối văn phòng và khối cửa hàng.
  • Có sự nhạy bén trong kinh doanh, chú trọng đến yếu tố con người.
  • Nắm vững các kiến thức về bộ luật Lao động, luật Thuế TNCN, luật BHXH, BHYT, có kiến thức cũng như kỹ năng quản trị nguồn nhân lực.
  • Am hiểu về luật lao động, quy trình bồi thường, lập kế hoạch, phát triển tổ chức, xây dựng quan hệ nhân viên, an toàn lao động và đào tạo, định hướng.
  • Khả năng truyền đạt, hướng dẫn, đào tạo và kỹ năng giao tiếp tuyệt vời bằng lời nói và văn bản.
  • Liên kết với các tổ chức và mạng lưới nhân sự.
  • Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên phòng nhân sự.
  • Thể hiện khả năng tương tác hiệu quả với Ban giám đốc công ty.
  • Có kiến thức về thị trường lao động.
