1. Scope of work

  • Lên kế hoạch các chiến lược, quản lý và triển khai các kế hoạch marketing của các dự án thuộc công ty. Lên kế hoạch thực thi và hỗ trợ tổ chức các sự kiện online, offline và promotion.
  • Đại diện cho phòng marketing tương tác trực tiếp với các phòng ban khác trong công ty về sản phẩm, bán hàng và dịch vụ khách hàng
  • Theo dõi xu hướng thị trường, xu hướng khách hàng để điều hướng hoạt động marketing
  • Đo lường, phân tích của các hoạt động marketing trên các nền tảng, hệ thống đã được triển khai, đánh giá hiệu quả và cho ra những giải pháp ngắn và dài hạn liên tục.
  • Quản lý ngân sách marketing. Trực tiếp điều phối, làm việc, hỗ trợ đào tạo các nhân sự khác trong team marketing, phối hợp các bộ phận khác trong công ty, freelancer/agency để hoàn thành công việc.
  • Quản lý, lên kế hoạch training kiến thức, kỹ năng cho nhân sự thuộc bộ phận. Báo cáo tiến độ và kết quả công việc. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

2. Requirement

  • Có ít nhất 04 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí Marketing và 01 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí Marketing Manager
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ít nhất 01 năm ở ngành FnB.
  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành marketing, quản trị hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan
  • Có hiểu biết sâu về các nền tảng marketing truyền thống và hiện đại. Có kiến thức vững về marketing branding, SEO, các công cụ khác (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Pixel,...).
  • Có khả năng lập kế hoạch, quản lý đa kênh với nhiều mức ngân sách khác nhau.
  • Có kỹ năng quản lý và điều hành, khả năng làm việc độc lập, quản lý thời gian và giao tiếp tốt, trình độ Tiếng Anh tốt. Có thái độ cầu tiến, chủ động.
  • Thời gian làm việc: linh hoạt theo tính chất công việc, dự án.
