The posting

DUTY

  • Drive the roadmap and delivery of the next generation Automotive Mobile Application using high level business objectives as input to build and deliver the product roadmap.
  • Industry knowledge of creating eCommerce workflows, connected car remote vehicle commands, community engagement in the mobile application.
  • Work on websites as needed for features that may not be mobile friendly.
  • Create a competitive analysis and reports on other companies mobile applications and best practices that will be incorporated into our mobile application.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, roadmap and requirement documentation.
  • Ensure requirements are clear, complete and in a ready state for engineering to review and execute.
  • Be incredibly truth-seeking. Collect whatever data is necessary to inform product direction by soliciting and embracing critical feedback
  • Collaborate with User Experience Research and other groups to find solutions for issues that the customer or other partners are having.
  • Plans, insights, data, and outcomes should be communicated to a variety of audiences, such as client business owners, other technical teams, and key decision-makers from Foxconn and clients, in a clear and concise manner.
  • The position requires the ability to see the big picture, recognize strategically significant problems, and look into prospects for major product enhancements that will drive engagement and business.
  • To implement the plan, collaborate closely with the engineering, quality assurance, and other partner teams.
  • Collaborate with automotive clients across several time zones to develop a top-notch mobile application.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in business administration, information sciences, engineering, computer science, or a similar field; an MBA or comparable experience is preferable.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management total.
  • Over three years of expertise in the automotive sector, utilizing mobile applications to communicate with cloud-connected cars
  • Expert in developing mobile apps with a cloud infrastructure backend for deployments across the globe.
  • Deep expertise in teamwork with Design, Engineering, and Data Science.
  • A history of success in creating and introducing top-notch products to the market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with the capacity to sway and promote alignment throughout sizable companies.
  • TM: Ability to multitask and oversee product launches.
  • Installed mobile apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • The capacity to collaborate with workers and clients across time zones.
