Lập kế hoạch chi tiết thực hiện mục tiêu kinh doanh, thiết lập và mở rộng thị trường, phát triển doanh thu, đưa ra các chương trình thu hút khách hàng cho doanh nghiệp;

Lập kế hoạch phát triển mạng lưới khách hàng (khách hàng tiềm năng, khách hàng chiến lược và khách hàng trung thành);

Hoạch định và thiết lập hệ thống khách hàng tiềm năng và đối tác chiến lược. Duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng;

Trực tiếp tổ chức, điều hành mọi hoạt động kinh doanh và thị trường của Công ty;

Đảm bảo các chỉ số kinh doanh được giao về doanh số, lợi nhuận, khách hàng;

Thu thập, phân tích, đánh giá thông tin thị trường và đưa ra đề xuất, kiến nghị cho Ban Giám đốc;

Đào tạo, thúc đẩy, phát triển và quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên kinh doanh phù hợp định hướng và mục tiêu của phòng kinh doanh;

Thực hiện các công việc khác theo điều phối của cấp trên.

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

Tốt nghiệp Đại học tất cả các chuyên ngành;

Độ tuổi: 30 40;

Ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Quản lý Kinh doanh B2B tại các công ty về giải pháp

công nghệ thông tin, đường truyền internet;

Có kỹ năng chuyên môn và kỹ năng quản lý đội ngũ ít nhất 10 nhân sự;

Có tệp khách hàng B2B lớn và mối quan hệ thân thiết với khách hàng;

Có khả năng hoạch định, xây dựng chiến lược, kế hoạch kinh doanh của Công ty;

Có khả năng triển khai, giám sát, thúc đẩy quá trình thực hiện kế hoạch, mục tiêu kinh doanh đã đề ra.

Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, ứng biến linh hoạt, nhạy bén với các thay đổi bên trong và bên ngoài Công ty.

Chịu được áp lực cao, liên tục trong công việc;

Tiếng Anh tốt.
