  • MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
  • Xây dựng kế hoạch thực hiện mục tiêu kinh doanh và triển khai cho nhân viên kinh doanh. Đảm bảo mục tiêu doanh thu bộ phận kinh doanh theo chỉ tiêu được giao.
  • Lập kế hoạch phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng, mở rộng thị trường, tìm kiếm khách hàng mới cho bộ phận kinh doanh.
  • Thiết lập và duy trì mối quan hệ với các đối tác lớn.
  • Giám sát dữ liệu bán hàng và cập nhật xu hướng thị trường hiện tại và nhu cầu của khách hàng.
  • Xây dựng chiến lựợc bán hàng và phương pháp tiếp cận khách hàng.
  • Tổ chức các sự kiện phát triển thương hiệu, tri ân khách hàng,
  • Quản lý Thu hồi công nợ, thanh toán, quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng của khách hàng. Xây dựng kế hoạch chăm sóc khách hàng, hỗ trợ sau bán hàng.Xây dựng kế hoạch tổ chức các buổi đào tạo, workshop cho các đơn vị đại lý.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương làm việc trong ngành kinh doanh dược, mỹ phẩm hoặc các ngành hàng cao cấp có liên quan.

Trình độ tin học: Tin học Văn phòng:

- Sử dụng thành thạo các Phần mềm Word, Excel, Powerpoint

- Ưu tiên biết sử dụng các phần mềm bán hàng CRM
