1. Quản lý nhân sự:

Quản lý đội ngũ gồm 3-4 nhân viên

Đảm bảo văn hóa dịch vụ của công ty được phát huy trong đội ngũ

Quản lý chất lượng dịch vụ Hỗ trợ khách hàng Khối doanh nghiệp

Đảm bảo hiệu suất của team, đào tạo và huấn luyện nhân viên

Đề xuất và áp dụng các cải tiến nhằm cải thiện chất lượng công việc

2. Quản lý vận hành:

Triển khai dịch vụ: Internet Leased Line, Metronet, FTTx, SI, Managed Services

Hỗ trợ khách hàng trong suốt quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ

Xử lý các case escalate từ nhân viên

3. Phát triển các dịch vụ:

Tham gia các dự án phát triển, cải tiến dịch vụ Khối doanh nghiệp của công ty

Làm việc chặt chẽ với các bộ phận Bán hàng và Phát triển dịch vụ để đưa ra các đề xuất

Điều phối triển khai các cải tiến, add-on cho tập khách hàng Khối doanh nghiệp

4. Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Điện tử - Viễn thông, Quản trị

mạng hoặc chuyên ngành có liên quan;

Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về Network. Có chứng chỉ CCNP/ JNCIP hoặc có kiến thức

tương đương;

Có ít nhất 6 tháng kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm 2-3 nhân viên hoặc có kiến thức/ chứng chỉ

về quản lý đội nhóm;

Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức/ chứng chỉ về ITILv4;

Ưu tiên ứng viên có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với các dòng sản phẩm của hãng

Cisco/ Aruba/ Ruckus/ Fortigate/ Juniper/ Sophos;

Có kiến thức về System (Server, Storage, Backup...) và Cloud (AWS, Azure...) là lợi thế;

Có kỹ năng quản lý con người, làm việc nhóm, giải quyết vấn đề;

Có khả năng chịu được áp lực cao;

Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
