Yêu cầu:

- Độ tuổi: từ 40 tuổi trở lên

- Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành Công nghệ thực phẩm, sinh, hóa,

hóa thực phẩm hoặc tương đương

- Kiến thức chuyên sâu trong ngành chuyên môn, kiến thức rộng trong các ngành liên

quan, đặc biệt là ngành hương mặn.

- Kinh nghiệm: 10 năm trở lên trong ngành thực phẩm (hương mặn), trong đó có 5

năm kinh nghiệm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương, có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, dẫn dắt và đào

tạo nhân viên tốt

- Có khả năng cảm quan, đánh giá mùi vị tốt

- Làm việc nhóm tốt, hợp tác và hỗ trợ tốt

- Có nguyện vọng gắn bó lâu dài với công ty

- Khỏe mạnh

- Ưu tiên: tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt, kinh nghiệm gia vị mì, nước sốt, hạt nêm,

Mô tả công việc:

- Trực tiếp nghiên cứu, ứng dụng sản phẩm hương ngọt, hương mặn, chất chiết suất

vào các sản phẩm của khách hàng NSX, điều chỉnh sản phẩm theo nhu cầu của

khách hàng NSX.

- Quản lý, điều phối, sắp xếp nguồn nhân lực phòng R&D (hương thực phẩm, hương

mỹ phẩm, các sản phẩm chiết suất)

- Đi thị trường, tìm ý tưởng để chủ động nghiên cứu đưa ra các sản phẩm ứng dụng

mới nhằm giới thiệu đến khách hàng.

- Tham gia tiếp xúc làm việc với khách hàng, nhà cung cấp và các đối tác khác khi có

nhu cầu và cần thiết để trao đổi các thông tin mang tính kỹ thuật liên quan đến chất

lượng nghiên cứu của phòng.

- Báo cáo BGĐ định kỳ các hoạt động và chất lượng hoạt động nghiên cứu của phòng.

Chế độ và phúc lợi:

- Tham gia BHXH, BHYT, BHTN, BH tai nạn 24/24 đầy đủ

- Phép năm 12 ngày phép/năm và theo thâm niên
