Trách nhiệm thứ 1: Chiến lược kinh doanh và Nghiên cứu thị trường

Đề xuất với GDKV về các dịch vụ mới nhằm tăng khả năng cạnh tranh của công ty trong khu vực.

Trách nhiệm thứ 2: Tổ chức hoạt động bán hàng từ xa

Tổ chức quản trị dữ liệu khách hàng.

Xây dựng kế hoạch và tổ chức tư vấn, bán hàng qua điện thoại.

Xây dựng kịch bản tư vấn qua điện, tư vấn trực tiếp đảm bảo hiệu quả, đảm bảo tỉ lệ chuyển đổi.

Tổ chức, phân công nhân sự chăm sóc, tư vấn khách hàng qua các kênh digital.

Tổ chức giám sát, thu thập dữ liệu, phân tích đối thủ cạnh tranh, đưa ra chương trình bán hàng phù hợp, cạnh tranh.

Hướng dẫn, thúc đẩy team trong việc tìm kiếm khách hàng mới liên tục.

Trách nhiệm thứ 3: Chăm sóc khách hàng

Tổ chức CSKH qua điện thoại và các kênh digital.

Triển khai cho các bạn trong phòng chăm lại khách hàng đã được tư vấn đến sử dụng dịch vụ và khách hàng cũ khi chưa tiếp cận được và chưa chốt được lịch.

Theo dõi và nhắc nhở Team chăm khách hàng chưa tiếp cận và đưa đúng kịch bản chương trình sale đến khách hàng.

Xây dựng, cải tiến quy trình CSKH bài bản, quy chuẩn Giải quyết các vấn đề khách hàng thắc mắc, complaint.

Trách nhiệm thứ 4: Quản lý các trang fanpage của khu vực

Chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung trang của khu vực mình phụ trách.

Các kênh được đảm bảo cập nhật thường xuyên và liên tục.

Xây dựng Thương hiệu đồng nhất với các hệ thống của công ty, tạo niềm tin & sự tin tưởng công ty từ phía KH.

Đảm bảo tỷ lệ chuyển đổi giữa tương tác ads sang data lead & số ra cho sale.

Giải quyết các thắc mắc của KH qua page nhanh chóng.

Trách nhiệm thứ 5: Báo cáo các chỉ số kinh doanh hàng ngày/tháng/ quý

Báo cáo các hoạt động kinh doanh hàng ngày/tháng/ quý/ năm.

Họp giao ban.

Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của GĐ Kinh doanh.

2. Yêu cầu công việc:

Ít nhất 3 năm ở vị trí Trưởng phòng Sales/Telesales/CSKH (có background về bán hàng qua điện thoại ít nhất 3 năm)

Kiến thức ngành thẩm mỹ: phun xăm, da liễu

Có kinh nghiệm và kỹ năng quản lý nhóm từ 15 người trở lên.

Kiến thức về Digital Marketing.

Kiến thức sâu về bán hang, cskh qua điện thoại.

Kỹ năng truyền đạt, training để có thể đào tạo nhân viên.

3. Quyền lợi:

Lương, thưởng hoàn thành KPI, thu nhập từ 80 triệu trở lên tùy vào năng lực.

Được hưởng lương tháng thứ 13.
