MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1.Quản lý kinh doanh

  • Quản lý điều phối công việc Phòng kinh doanh:.
  • Đảm bảo chỉ tiêu, doanh số Công ty đề ra.
  • Phát triển mạng lưới kinh doanh, cập nhật thông tin các dự án tiềm năng mà Công ty hướng tới: nhà phố, biệt thự, căn hộ chung cư,
  • Xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng, đối tác tiềm năng, mở rộng thị trường và tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng, duy trì hệ thống khách hàng.
  • Làm việc với các công ty môi giới BĐS hoặc nhân viên mối giới để ký hợp đồng cộng tác viên.
  • Tư vấn, thuyết trình cho khách hàng về các dịch vụ thiết kế, thi công trang trí nội thất, tiếp nhận các yêu cầu thiết kế, thi công của khách hàng và triển khai đến bộ phận thiết kế.
  • Phối hợp với phòng Marketing để quảng bá thương hiệu, hình ảnh của Công ty đến thị trường.
  • Xây dựng, quản lý và phát triên các dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng.

2.Quản lý hợp đồng lao động

  • Kiểm soát toàn bộ các hoạt động kinh doanh, thông tin khách hàng, ký hợp đồng, quá trình thanh toán của khách hàng.
  • Lập tiến độ tổng thể cho các công trình. Đốc thúc các bộ phận thực hiện theo đúng tiến độ đã cam kết..
  • Theo dõi và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan xử lý các tình huống phát sinh trong quá trình triển khai thiết kế, thi công cho khách hàng.

3.Quản lý thị trường

  • Hướng dẫn, đào tạo, phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên kinh doanh.
  • Nghiên cứu thị trường và đổi mới không ngừng
  • Hỗ trợ Ban Giám Đốc trong công tác quan hệ, ngoại giao và kết nối với khách hàng, đối tác quan trọng;
  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu công việc của BGĐ

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Trình độ Đại Học trở lên chuyên ngành Kinh Tế, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Xây dựng, Kiến trúc Nội thất, Marketing.
  • Kinh nghiệm bán hàng và vận hành tại các thương hiệu mỹ phẩm ít nhất 2 năm.
  • Am hiểu về lĩnh vực trong ngành Kiến trúc, Trang Trí Nội Thất hoặc Bất động sản.
  • Kỹ năng đàm phán, giao tiếp tốt.
  • Kỹ năng thuyết trình, quản lý dự án.
